Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order is shipped or handed over to a delivery partner, cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of beverage products.

Orders placed through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, or Instamart are subject to their respective cancellation policies.

2. Refund Eligibility

As Two Cute products are food and beverage items, refunds or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product quality issue verified by our team

  • Packaging tampered at the time of delivery

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed beverages

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste preference issues

  • Minor colour variations due to photography

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, or

  • Replacement products may be issued based on availability.

5. Compliance with Indian Consumer Rules

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 and aims to ensure transparent and fair grievance handling.
